If you are going to structurally limit opportunity, you should have the decency to structurally limit imagination as well. This means speech and dissent suppression. To allow people to have dreams in a world of limitations is torture, and is cruel. A benevolent leadership carefully ensures that they believe they are living in the best of all possible worlds at all times.
